    Law enforcement, community corrections agencies and courts across the country use electronic monitoring for location tracking and house arrest as an alternative to incarceration. Program participants must comply with the terms of their release into the community. When offenders are sentenced to participate in house arrest, it is up the individual to acquire an EHM (electronic home monitoring) device to complete the courts requirements. We provide comprehensive, affordable support needed to effectively track, locate and confine the client within their designated home. We provide the these services for house arrest in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Montana (services provided to additional states with approval by a judge).     Criminal Justice services are in lieu of jail time, allowing clients to be at home and eligible for work release programs through the electronic monitoring programs. This allows clients to continue their family life and the important role that they serve in that capacity. It also allows the client to keep and maintain their employment and not have to worry about losing their job. Both of these things are very important to our client’s mental health and knowing that they can support and continue to help provide for their family.

    Our EMS officers will work with our client in order to ensure they have the best opportunity to be successful in our program. From enrollment to completion, our EMS officers will file all paperwork that is required with the appropriate agencies. We have flexible hours that allow our EMS officers to work around our clients’ schedules.
